CONTEST TERMS
Please read these Official Rules before entering our 25th Anniversary Challenge. You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to retail partners across the United States, Canada, and South America.

The giveaway is sponsored by FUN FACTORY USA, Inc. in celebration of our 25th Anniversary!
PRIZE AND WINNER SELECTION METHOD
As a thank-you for your support over the past 25 years of FUN, we are giving away prizes worth a total of $25,000 in our Anniversary Giveaway!
The prize consists of:
1st Place – $15,000 product credit (wholesale prices)
2nd Place – $10,000 product credit (wholesale prices)
3rd Place – 1–year of free shipping
The winners will be selected via raffle at random in April 2022. The winner will be notified by email, and the product credit will be processed within 30 business days.
HOW TO ENTER
In typical FUN FACTORY fashion, we have come up with a series of challenges/promotions that are meant to be a lot of FUN! These challenges will not only help increase your sales immediately, but you can also win much more in prizes when it’s all said and done!
Please email your sales rep or visit the contest page. You can participate in all the challenges, or simply choose the ones you are most interested in. Remember, the more challenges you complete, the more tickets you’ll receive, and the higher your chances are at winning!
Once a challenge/promotion is complete, your sales rep will notify you as well as keep track of how many entries you’ve earned.

FUN FACTORY USA, Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
FUN FACTORY USA, Inc. is not responsible for: lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.
FUN FACTORY USA, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any retailer found to be: (x) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; or (y) acting in violation of these rules; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten. or harass any other retailer, or FUN FACTORY USA, Inc.
FINE PRINT
Retailers must be in good standing, with no past due invoices, to win any of the prizes. The winners of the product credit must use it by October 2022. The credit will be wholesale with no discount added.
The minimum shipping requirement for orders related to the product credit is $1,000 per order. The minimum shipping requirement for free shipping is $500 per order.
Miscellaneous
Each giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. By entering a giveaway, you agree (for yourself and your heirs) that sponsor, along with each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of the giveaway (“Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the giveaway, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of sponsor and any of the Released Parties.
You agree that sponsor's decisions related to the giveaway and all distribution of prizes are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in the giveaway, sponsor may use the winner's name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in a winner's list, except where prohibited by law, and sponsor may be required to disclose the winner's address to state regulatory authorities.
