Full-Time Marketing Coordinator, Fun Factory USA

Position Summary:

Fun Factory USA seeks an organizational superstar to fill the Marketing Coordinator position at our office in Burbank, CA. The US subsidiary of an award-winning German adult toy company, Fun Factory USA promotes a lighthearted approach to sexuality and pleasure, with a collection of bright, colorful toys that invite experimentation. The Marketing Coordinator position is chiefly about coordination/project management and acting as a liaison between the German office and the US staff (all business is conducted in English). This position maintains and updates our web stores and assists with customer service, as needed. It may also include working with the Marketing and Sales Directors on campaign development. An ideal candidate is an organizational superstar with a project management background, a passion for marketing and sales, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Interest and experience in the pleasure product industry is a plus, and a sex-positive, non-judgmental approach is a must! 

 

Marketing Coordinator Duties:                                                                                                           

  • Coordinate implementation of marketing campaigns by planning and organizing promotional presentations
  • Produce promotional materials by coordinating requirements with graphics department and placing orders with vendors; keeping inventory of stock; verifying receipt
  • Update and manage company’s B2B image and digital asset library
  • Design and draft B2B and B2C newsletters and distribute press releases
  • Launch and manage updates to content and features for B2C website (news, product descriptions, visuals, etc.)
  • Handle blogger and press relations, coordinating product reviews
  • Work with designers, fabricators, and retail partners to create in-store window and pop-up displays from concept to installation
  • Plan meetings and trade shows: facilitating the installation of trade show booth, developing schedules and assignments, finalizing contracts and payment; coordinating mail lists. Assist as a company representative at trade shows
  • Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows and product booklets
  • Maintain marketing collateral stock by checking and replenishing inventory
  • Assemble B2B and B2C communication: press releases, newsletters (Optivo), ad copy for industry publications, etc
  • Create and distribute merchandise kits, physical and digital, for retail partners
  • Assist Marketing Director with day to day duties including campaign development, liaison with parent company, clerical work, etc.

Compensation:

Salary is dependent upon experience. Benefits include vacation, sick time, and 401k (company match).
